2nd = Matt Bannon in 21:26

3rd = Stuart Manktelow in 22:19

4th = Eva Jones in 23:18 (first lady)

For the handicap:

1st = Jo White with a 6.60% improvement

2nd = Shing Man with a 3.44% improvement

3rd = Dawn Tang with a 2.78% improvement.

Handicaps are age-graded, so your actual time is multiplied by the age-graded factor, for example, a 24-year-old man’s time is multiplied by 1 so the time is the same, and for a 73-year-old woman, the time is multiplied by 0.5893. So the oldest runner today ran in 29:31, but the adjusted time is 20:46.
