The fastest today where:-

1st = Dougal Burrowes in 17:26

2nd = Victor Redondo in 19:36 (and no shoes!)

3rd = Adam Falkowski in 20:19 

14th = Melissa O’Hare in 23:59 (first lady)

For the handicap:

1st = Shing Man with a 4.44% improvement

2nd = Nikki Chodurek with a 3.68% improvement

3rd = Anne Lippitt with a 2.38% improvement.

Handicaps are age-graded, so your actual time is multiplied by the age-graded factor, for example, a 24-year-old man’s time is multiplied by 1 so the time is the same, and for a 73-year-old woman, the time is multiplied by 0.5893. So our oldest runner today ran in 39:05, but her adjusted time is 23:01.
