The fastest today where:-
1st = Charlie Bruce in 17:46
2nd = William Rowley in 19:10
3rd = Paul Brennan in 19:16
10th = Kat Alpe in 22:09 (first lady)
For the handicap:
1st = Jane Moss with a 3.38% improvement
2nd = Martin Lippitt with a 2.97% improvement
3rd = Duncan Bensted with a 1.98% improvement.
Handicaps are age-graded, so your actual time is multiplied by the age-graded factor, for example, a 24-year-old man’s time is multiplied by 1 so the time is the same, and for a 73-year-old woman, the time is multiplied by 0.5893. So our oldest runner today ran in 39:05, but her adjusted time is 23:01.
