This week we have use of the track on Tuesday. The mixed abilities session will meet at 19:10 and the session is suitable for those looking to improve times over shorter distances, as well as those preparing for half and full marathons. On Thursday we will meet at 19:00 for club notices and details of runs. Hopefully there will not be too many more weeks where we are going out in the dark.
On Saturday we have the March Handicap – good luck to all those taking part. There may be some alternative hills sessions on offer – please refer to Coacha. For those looking for longer training runs on Sunday, please refer to WhatsApp groups for details of informal runs going out (and possibly post-run coffees).
