As a running club we are in a very strong place to resume training again. Our dedicated leaders will once again organise sessions for all levels of ability on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s. To meet current England Athletics guidance we will share details of the sessions on Coacha. This will help create safe procedures and guidelines for everyone to enjoy their training with fellow club members. If you are struggling with Coacha please ask for help.
Equally if you would like to know more about the training sessions available the leaders will be happy to help. A generic training plan is available on this website (link below). This provides you with guidance over the next month and highlights the type of training sessions available.
To continue developing the club we can offer support in gaining qualifications from England Athletics. If you are interested please speak to Paul Ward or another member of the committee for details.
