When does our membership renew?

Our membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year.

We will send out reminders before this and all the payment requests are sent out via the Coacha system. Therefore, please ensure your details on Coacha are up to date, in particular the email address as this is our primary form of communication.

Some of my details have changed what do I need to do?

You can update any of your details via Coacha.

If you want to change your email address then log in with your old email address first then change this on Coacha.

If you have any issues please email [email protected] and we can help you out or change this for you.

How to I cancel my membership?

We are sorry to see any of our members leave but if you are moving, etc then please email [email protected]

If you are switching clubs then we may need to release you as a member with England Athletics so your new club can register you as the first claim.

If you would still like to run with or for the club when you are in the area then please let us know as we can consider second claim membership.

We don’t refund any part of the year you have paid for.

Races frequently asked question

Can anyone take part in the league races or is it just for fast people?

In most cases, anyone can represent the club at league and championship races. In the rare cases there are restrictions we specify these.

All you need is a club vest or t-shirt, although we have some loan ones, a pair of shoes and a willingness to run.

It does not matter where you come as long as you enjoy yourself.

What league and races does the club do?

In the autumn and winter months, it is the cross-country season.

Both the seniors and juniors take part in the Metropolitan Cross Country League, one of the oldest and biggest leagues in the country. (https://metleague.run

The seniors also take part in the Sunday League, which is a series of cross-country races, and the Chingford League, which is a mix of road and cross-country events.

The Juniors also take part in the North West London League.

In the spring and summer the senior section does the Mid Week League, a series of 10km road races.

In addition, we attend various regional and national championship races,

Details of all races are posted in our calendar and on Coacha.
