We will be holding the Club’s AGM at 7:30 pm on Monday 16th October at SHC. This is an important date for all members. Please make every effort to attend so that you hear how the club is run, meet your committee and have an opportunity to vote.

As announced in last week’s newsletter, we currently have a vacancy for the Social Secretary role.

If you would like to stand for a Committee post please complete an Officer Nomination form and return it to me either in person or via email at [email protected]
by Monday 2nd October.

If you wish to raise an Agenda item or a change to the Constitution please complete that form and return it to me, also by 2nd October.
